We are requiring all customers to sign the new waiver and release form before May 1st, 2024. All previous forms and/or versions will be rejected on May 1st, 2024.

 For any customer that does not want to digitally sign the form, a hard copy could be printed. Click "More Actions" in the top right corner, then click "Print and physically sign". Bring your signed form to us on Fridays at Truck St. or snail mail to:
